The birth of my first child changed the way I viewed healthcare. It made me realize just how precious our health truly is—and how important it is to care for ourselves not only when we're sick, but throughout every stage of life. As I reflected on the kind of provider I wanted to be, I realized I wanted to spend more time listening, asking questions, and helping people understand why they weren't feeling their best.
In traditional healthcare, I often felt limited by short appointment times and treatment plans that focused primarily on managing symptoms. While medications certainly have an important place in medicine, I wanted the opportunity to look deeper—to identify the root causes of health concerns, emphasize prevention, and help people regain the energy, vitality, and quality of life they deserve.
As a board-certified physician assistant with advanced training through the Academy of Preventive & Innovative Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine, I combine the best of conventional medicine with a functional, evidence-informed approach to care. I earned my Bachelor of Science from The College of Idaho and my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bay Path University, and I remain committed to lifelong learning so I can continue providing the highest quality care to my patients.
My goal is to build genuine partnerships with my patients—taking the time to understand your story, creating a plan that fits your unique needs, and supporting you every step of the way. I believe healthcare should help you do more than manage symptoms; it should help you feel like yourself again and empower you to live your healthiest life.
